FollowMe™ Embedded solutions, currently available for selected HP and Ricoh Multi Function Printer (MFP) devices are unique, offering support not only for conventional Copying and Pull Printing but also extended functionality to services such as E-Mail, Fax and Scanning.
This unique solution ensures organization can control and audit information on all levels opposed to only Copying and Pull Printing.

The ALL-IN-ONE™ Solution
The FollowMe™ Embedded solution provides control of existing functionality as well as providing new functionality such as:

- Fax
- Printing
- Scan to E-Mail
- Scan to Folder
By controlling these new technologies FollowMe™ is able provide increased efficiency within the workflow by utilizing such features as automated insertion of users personal details when sending e-mail and faxes. This ensures that mistakes do not happen and that the efficiency of the device is kept at the highest level.
The FollowMe™ Embedded solution also provides an optional print job management interface that can optionally be used, this feature allows a user to quickly select which print jobs he/she wishes to print directly from the printer’s front panel.
In turn FollowMe is able to audit all available information for copy, e-mail, fax and print directly to a central accounting server that can produce billing information and reports at when required or on a scheduled basis.
