OrgCenter™ for Mac is a comprehensive Intranet software package. By strengthening and streamlining communications between inter-company departments, OrgCenter™ Intranet promotes efficient use of time and information, allowing employees to plan, organise and execute business more effectively.
Viewed via a web browser front-end, no specialist client software is required. OrgCenter™ is located on a central server, accessible either locally from your desk or remotely from across the other side of the world. A secure login system ensures confidentiality at all times and a user rights management system defines the areas to which users can gain access.
The OrgCenter™ Intranet software uses a common interface split into modules for departments such as Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Technical Support, Manufacturing and Quality Assurance. Each department has its own pre-programmed functions set out within its own sections. Modules exist for Sales Lead Management, Sales Order Entry, Purchase Order Entry and Marketing Web Access Tools. Optional Human Resource, Material & Resource, Car Pool and Project Management Modules are also available.
Comprising both Task and Meeting Managers, OrgCenter™ allows users to plan and implement their daily, weekly and monthly tasks effectively. OrgCenter™ is also a complete, central Contact Management as well as Contact Management Database.
The OrgCenter™ software securely integrates emails and other electronic documents into a scaleable and manageable environment.
