Building Access Control
A centrally managed system that allows easy control over doors and user access to them based on date and times. Restrict users from using certain doors and log all user access.
Users may be set up with varying levels of security (16 levels in total) to allow or restrict access to network readers installed in certain areas. Sentinel allows user configurations to be set-up and subsequently altered quickly and easily. Users may also be restricted from entering the building at certain times of the day or on certain days of the week such as weekends.
Retrieval of user information may be performed remotely over the Intranet and timed to automatically perform the operation at set intervals.
Retrieve reports including fire lists which provide on-demand roll call reports for print outs during a fire drill or alarm situation.
PC Access Control
Ringdale’s Access Control and Attendance Management software offers many advantages to the PC Access Control market, especially a centrally manageable system that may be used in conjunction with current systems.
PC Access Control offers increased security through biometric identification technologies such as Facial or Fingerprint identification. However, it also offers even higher degrees of security by combining these biometric identification techniques with proximity or magnetic swipe card verification to offer dual-factor authentication.
The software also offers dynamic user imports from Active Directory and Primary Domain Controllers (PDCs) that make administration of the system easier and faster to identify issues and remove users when they are no longer requiring access.
Full reporting for access times, unauthorized logon attempts and much more.
Time and Attendance
Offering accountability of staff in and out times from as many network-based terminals as required.
Logging of double in and double out event to inform users that have not previously clocked in or out.
Integration into existing Accounting and Payroll systems
The software may also integrate with existing accounting and payroll systems offering seamless administration and integration into all environments.
