The Ringdale Stand-Alone Biometric Access Controller fits any business or home and can secure up to two doors from two readers. Ready for use in almost any facility to secure front, rear or garage access to the building.

The Stand-Alone Access controller has connectors for two readers and two locks. The readers that can be used are Ringdale's Finger Print readers, Keypads, Proximity/Swipe card and Wiegand Protocol proximity readers.

When using Biometric readers you no longer require to carry keys with you. An extra reader is located on the controller which also is the enrolment station to make the enrolment process most convenient.

This device does not require any additional hardware or PCs to operate, the built in keyboard and 2-line LCD display allow convenient menu driven programming and language selection. The power supply and the control unit are separate items so that the battery charger/power supply can be hidden away and the controller unit in an accessible area for enrolment or deletion of users.

The cable between Power Supply/Charger and the Access Controller is a 2 wire multi strand 18AWG UL listed cable which carries 12 Volts from the PSU/Battery unit to the door controller. The maximum length is 164 feet (50 meters).

The Reader is a 3 pair twisted pair wiring 24 AWG UL listed ending in a RJ12 (6pin) connector either side. The maximum length is 39.5 feet (12 meters). All voltages and signals are below 5 volts.

The door strike requires 2 wires 2 wire multi strand 18AWG UL listed cable which carries 12 Volts.
