Kyocera Token Ring Print Server

Token Ring Printserver solution for FS1600, 1700, 3700 and other FS series printers

Ringdale's Token Ring Printserver offers users a simple connection between an FS series printer and a 4 or 16 Mbit Token Ring network.

The Token Ring unit concurrently supports twelve different protocols and five different platforms uncluding Novell, OS/2 LANManager and LANServer, Apple Mac, DEC, LAT and UNIX, as well as several PC based peer-to-peer printing systems. It enables the LAN user to send prints from any system on the network to the printer.

A 9-pin D-type connector for STP and a RJ-45 connector for UTP can be used to connect to the Token Ring MAU.

Ringdale's Printserver supports 4 and 16 Mbps ring speed as well as transparent and source routing protocols.

This Token Ring Printserver can also be managed by PeripheralVision, Ringdale's leading network management software solution, over any TCP/IP network and over the Internet. PeripheralVision enables mapping of the complete network configuration for a wide range of devics and multi-platform operating systems supporting TCP/IP.
