Ringdale has now integrated FollowMe® technology directly into the HP MFPs allowing for FollowMe® to control more than just the copying and printing aspects that it was conventionally known for but also the e-mail, fax and scanning functionalities.

By controlling these additional technologies, the FollowMe® embedded solutions are able to provide increased efficiency within the workflow by utilizing such features as secure authentication for copy, e-mail, fax, print and scan as well as automated insertion of users personal details when sending e-mail, faxes and scanning to folder.

The FollowMe® Embedded solution also provides an optional print job management interface that can be used within the HP device, this feature allows a user to quickly select which print jobs they wish to print directly from the printer’s front panel.

In turn FollowMe® Embedded is able to audit all available information for copying, e-mail, fax, printing and scanning directly to a central accounting server that can produce billing information and reports when required or on a scheduled basis.
