A Unique Approach to High-Output Street Lights
The Ringdale SLD series of Dual-Head ActiveLED Street lights afford a cost-effective lighting solution for street and parking lot applications that require higher illumination, or where the light fixture needs to be mounted at heights above 25 feet.
Configuration Flexibility
Choose from a wide selection of standard options to configure Dual-Head high-output ActiveLED light fixtures that meet the application needs, including light output, color of the finish, light pattern, with or without diffuser, with or without dusk/dawn sensor, etc.
An optional mounting bracket is available that adapts the SLD fixture to a round pole extension arm.
Warranties
We provide mechanically robust outdoor lighting systems; our warranties are 10 years on LED elements, 5 years on other materials and workmanship and 3˝ years on batteries and super-capacitors.
The only servicing required is the cleaning of the diffuser (equivalent to the cleaning of conventional street lights) at an approximate cost of US$ 5.25 annual cost per light.

ActiveLED™ Technology
Ringdale uses the latest in energy efficient LEDs and LED Modules producing equal or greater light output than state-of-the-art fluorescent light emitters. Our electronics monitor current and temperature of the substrate to assure maximum performance under the prevailing environmental conditions and a Lumen Lifetime of 90,000 hours (95% Luminous Flux).
ActiveLED™ Diffuser Technology
We use state-of-the-art diffuser technology with a minimal amount of light loss within the fixture providing for maximum lighting efficiency.
To meet varying application requirements, the Ringdale ActiveLED Street Lights can be configured with or without a second diffuser.
The second diffuser completely seals the underside of the fixture while the reflectors containing the LEDs are sealed whether the second diffuser is present, or not.
The Ringdale ActiveLED Street Light without the second diffuser maintains the uniform light pattern and increases the task pattern. This is ideal for installations where a higher light level is required at the outer areas of the light pattern as it increases luminance by 20-40%, depending on the angle of light emanating from the fixture.
ActiveLED™ Light Pattern Options
The Ringdale ActiveLED Street Lights are available in either Traditional or Wide light pattern configurations.
The Traditional Pattern, mounted at 20 feet high, projects light 3 – 4 feet behind the pole and has an illumination pattern on the street-side in an arc of about 30 feet.
The Wide Pattern has a broad uniform light coverage. Also mounted at 20 feet high, it has a 1 - 2 foot curb-side cut-off with very little light projected behind the curb line. It has an illumination pattern on the street-side in an arc of about 40 - 50 feet on each side of the curb line extending to 60 feet perpendicular at 90 degrees from the curb line on the street side.
