The PrintPro 97-C pocket-size Printserver offers users the most compact third generation printer-to-network connectivity solution, which simply plugs directly into the printers parallel port.
The PrintPro 97-C enables the user to connect any laser, line, dot matrix or inkjet printer to a 10baseT Ethernet network. PrintPro 97s management is unrivalled, ensuring quick and easy installation onto any network environment.
A Windows based TCP/IP printing system is also included, allowing Internet access to the printer as well as Local Area Network printing. Ringdales Printserver range offers unequalled network operating support concurrently in a single product.
The PrintPro 97-C is compatible with IPS-C, an ideal solution for compressing large data files or pictures to as little as 10% of their original size when sent to a printer. PrintPro 97-C can be managed by PeripheralVision, Ringdales leading network management solution, over any TCP/IP network and over the Internet. This software enables mapping of complete network configuration for a wide range of multi-platform operating systems supporting TCP/IP.
