FM - USB - Numeric/PIN Keypad (BLK)
12-key keypad can either pose as a PC type keypad or as a HID device that does not pose as a PC keypad.
This unique 12-key USB keypad complies to the Human Interface Device (HID) specification.
This device is compatible with all Ringdale Access Control and FollowMe devices that support keypads and are USB enabled.
The device is also suited for embedded FollowMe® applications where the printer, scanner or multifunction device has a FollowMe® enabled USB host controller.
The keypad can be supplied as an Access Control, FollowMe or PC HID Keypad.
Access Control
The keypad will allow a key sequence to be typed and the completion of the sequence is acknowledged pressing the '*' key, while the '#' key will clear the sequence.
FollowMe® Keypad
The keypad will allow a key sequence to be typed and the completion of the sequence is acknowledged pressing the '#' key, while the '*' key will clear the sequence.
HID PC Keypad
Each key is sent to the PC in the same form as a normal PC keyboard or keypad would.
