Kyocera Token Ring (KUIO) Print Server

Ringdale's UIO Token Ring Printserver offers a simple connection between FS600, 680, 800, 1200, 1700+, 1750, 3700+, 3750, FS7000+, FS9000, FS6900 and other UIO printers and a 4 or 16 Mbit Token Ring network.

The Token Ring unit concurrently supports twelve different protocols and five different platforms including Novell, OS/2 LANManager & LANServer, Apple Mac, DEC, LAT and UNIX, as well as several PC based peer-to-peer printing systems. It enables the LAN user to send prints from any system on the network to the printer.

A 9-pin D-type connector for STP and a RJ-45 connector for UTP can be used to connect to the MAU Token Ring.

Ringdale's Printserver supports 4 and 16 Mbps as well as transparent and source routing.
